Vapour Blasting

Vapour blasting takes place in a specially designed cabinet where the part to be cleaned is placed. A slurry of water and abrasive media is sprayed onto the part under pressure, creating a soft yet powerful cleaning effect. This method effectively removes contaminants like dirt, grease, and oxidation without damaging the material. The key difference between vapour blasting and traditional dry blasting is the use of water, which lubricates the abrasive particles, reducing friction and preventing heat buildup—preventing damage to sensitive parts.
